      Experience and opportunities to learn abound if you just keep your head down & avoid politics and drama

      Inconvénients

      A lot of swelled heads, blaming and inability to work cohesively to find solutions to problems when there is a clash of egos. Plain old high school clique mentality. Really juvenile and pathetic. No respect for your free time or personal life
