Avantages
Beginning to embrace new technologies and development methodologies (CI/CD). Uptake is slow in traditional departments but quicker in API and iOS/Android app areas.
Inconvénients
Too many layers of leadership and decomposition of responsibilities. Too many managers involved for every project.
