Decent for a teenagers first job - Avis employé Visual Merchandising Manager Target

The store I worked at refused to adjust to my schedule for school. Was told by the manager to figure out my priorities. Would "promote" you but never actually got a raise in pay just give you more responsibilities. No acknowledgment if you do go above aand beyond to be a good employee.
