Inconvénients
Upper Management hiring is not good. There are some old uncles in the organization who have been there for more than 10 years in the organization and they think as if they know everything. These people do a lot of micro management and become a pain in axx when someone tries to escalate on them.. so the mantra is "stay away from these people". Group Managers question a lot when it comes to promoting someone but same people do favor a lot of girls in the organization.... Isn't this something fishy!!!
