      Market section is huge, most of the time hours are set.

      Inconvénients

      There's four areas in the department, so there's a lot of moving around.(Produce, Dairy, Freezer and Dry) Schedule can be random at time due to different demands during the year.(Busy during holidays)

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
