You often work with some nice, good people. The job isn't hard and the pay and benefits are pretty good.
Inconvénients
The managers sometimes micromanage your work beyond tolerable levels, you could be doing your work but still get asked what you're working on, and get asked to do other departments work sometimes more than your own department.
