      Avantages

      1. Free lunch veg and non-veg 2. Subsidised cab facility 3. Free annual health checkup

      Inconvénients

      1. Have to work on multiple projects 2. Only CoE contribution is considered for hike and promotion though the CoE is 10% and core job is 90%. Bad reporting structure in Service delivery model is that the hard work you put in project goes unnoticed.
