      The pay is pretty good

      Inconvénients

      You are over worked, understaffed, and held past your scheduled time far too often. Management does not help you when you are falling behind, instead they yell at you and tell you to figure it out. They will not hire enough people to do all that they expect, so they have a high turn over rate.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
