Avantages
Target is a great place to learn how to play in the adult sand box. I would recommend at least one year for a basic experience to working as a team.
Inconvénients
The work/life balance consists of mostly work. Be prepared to give up some hobbies, family and friends if you want to make it through the first 18 months.
