They give you full time hours, even if your are part time.
Inconvénients
I am in a super Target. They work you late hours and do not treat you like a person. You can bust your butt, but if you don’t turn into some freaky machine to get things done, they get upset. Management is very poor. They do little to nothing, while employees are constantly booming. I have had guests say that they are annoyed by every Target employee coming up and bugging them, but that is the policy and you will get in trouble if you don’t greet everyone. The organization in the store is very poor. Zracks are not allowed in the fitting room, leaving everything a giant mess with clothes all over the floor and in baskets. This makes it impossible to clean up and put away “strays”. Nobody stays to help Style after close. Management always pulls Style members to the register, restricting their time in their actual positions. The new way of doing things has ruined the store and many people who worked here for a long time are leaving.
