Good company but didn't live up to the open door culture as advertised. - Avis employé Operations Group Leader Target

Avantages

People were friendly, good pay, and there are chances to move up if you are willing to relocate often.

Inconvénients

Feedback culture can create a cut throat environment. Not a good work life balance. In distribution you are required your shift hours plus meetings, gatherings, volunteering, and administrative work on top of your 45 hour work week. It is noted if you choose to balance your life out as a negative opportunity for you. They are looking for a particular personality trait when they perceive who is successful and who is not. Didn't communicate which shift I would be assigned to before start date.

Avantages

If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

Inconvénients

Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
