-Always have positions open and they'll find a position that works for you -Team leaders are always there for you -Very family/team oriented -There's room to grow especially if you make it known you want to grow
Inconvénients
-Some positions have a high turnover due to mundane tasks -They really push you to "sell" redcards if you're a cashier -They really hold you accountable to your duties -They're very strict on certain do's and don'ts If you don't negotiate your pay, they'll pay you minimum wage; even then, don't expect to get paid much with little experience -Raises are really small but you get them often, at least once a year -If you don't let them know you want to grow then they'll most likely leave you where you are unless you really show potential
