A once-great company that's getting too big too quickly - Avis employé Sales Floor Team Leader Target

In the time I've been with the company, I've seen the company become less focused on its people and more focused on goals, metrics, and "unfunded mandates"; by that last one, I mean that the company sends down goals and new plans for store teams to execute, but they never give the teams the tools they need to accomplish these new directives i.e. more payroll.
