Avantages
Sales floor team members are incredibly helpful, everyone really is willing to help you when you need it and answer questions as long as you're willing to ask. For the most part, management is good about accommodating you if an emergency comes up and you can't work a shift. You get to work with a variety of people and products, each day is a bit different.
Inconvénients
Management is often rude and dismissive of concerns, you are better off asking another team member or taking your concern/complaint straight to corporate. During training there is A LOT of propaganda, most notably a 23 minute video about the evils of unions.
