      In college towns, they hire a lot of students and are understanding and flexible with your class/ exam schedule s

      Inconvénients

      Will not allow time off requests for the weeks that school starts, thanksgiving, and Christmas. Might have to work late hours and long shifts.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
