      -management is cliquey -inconsistent workloads for employees (overworking experienced team members, and praising newbies for the bare minimum) -sucky “raises”

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
