Please be cautious before applying for a job - Avis employé Warehouse Worker Target Distribution Center

Cut throat environment, unexplained and constantly changing policies, favoritism, allegations never investigated fully, excess mandatory overtime, everyone was overworked and therefore tired, very draining environment. I was excited about this job due to the pay. Some of my co workers were great to work alongside with. However there is extreme favoritism and the company is looking to cut costs due to the amount of money they are currently losing. Pto and sick days are a joke. You are thrown around from department to department because they are constantly short staffed. They do whatever they want with you because you will stay due to the pay. Overwork you and wear you out until they have no use for you. And now, they are firing a large amount of people for absurd reasons and desperately looking for ways to stem the hemorrhage of money in this corporation. Please be so cautious before looking for a job with target. You will end up sacrifice so much more than you thought you would.
