Pay is fantastic! As a Plant operations technician 1 you can expect $40.00 per hour, benefits are really good & mileage compensation is very helpful.

Inconvénients

Lots to learn & can be very overwhelming at times, but if you lock in you’ll be fine.

Great company. Very lean and nimble for the market cap. Easy to have an idea, get feedback and then execute.

Lean can lead to heavy workload.

Avantages

New office building. Supervisors/managers/Director is awesome to work for. Benefits are pretty good. They pull bonus numbers out of thin air.

Inconvénients

HR is too involved with decision making and promotions. The pay isnt as completive. 2.5% merit increases are a slap to the face.
