Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Lots of smart, talented people who want to make a real impact, free food, great benefits, fun company parties, and 2 brand new buildings which are close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Close to the Burk Gilman Trail if you want to get out for a walk, run or bike ride.
Inconvénients
Low pay and they don't provide stock options anymore, only RSU's. Lots of young managers who aren't qualified for that role. The early Tableau culture is no longer present, and much of the senior leadership was non existent. A lot of inefficiencies that don't seem to ever get resolved.
