      Remote work, punctual salary payment

      Inconvénients

      No chance of career advancement unless you are friends with the managers, unfair pay (new employees are paid more than those who have worked for the company for a long time), the company does not value its employees at all unless you are in a managerial position. Rigid hierarchy.
