A good company to work for with a good culture, supportive and collaborative work environment with a flexible schedule. I appreciate the opportunities the company provides and would recommend it to others.

No cons from my experience

- Hybrid schedule, decent office, no travel required - Had an assigned mentor who genuinely tried.

- The work is Revit clicking. You will not do engineering. You will draft lighting layouts and route conduit in reflected ceiling plans for months. Leadership is more focused on personal religious ministry than engineering. Monthly meetings included presentations arguing for God's existence. You "don't have to participate" but your boss is the one presenting, so good luck with that. - If you're an EE student hoping to do anything technical like power, controls, embedded, RF, anything. This is not it. It's construction documentation with an engineering title.
