Your always spied on and monitored as if you're a child in daycare the pay sucks it's impossible for a man with kids aNd any bills to survive off of $10-$12 an hour.. your exposed to EVERY weather condition which you'll have no choice but yo get used to or else they'll fire you for trying to stay cool warm or dry
