Inconvénients

The benefits are good but could improve a bit on insurance coverage. FTO makes up for it.

The people and management are caring about it's employees. Flexible schedule. Meaningful projects.

Inconvénients

Contracts can be uncertain and lots of legacy code with outdate tech stack.
