      Culture is amazing, everyone is available to answer any questions you may possibly have, absolutely no micromanaging, leadership is understanding, but firm when needed. I am thankful to be part of TAM Solutions

      Avantages

      semi frequent paid work lunches and lots of independence in work schedule.

      Inconvénients

      can be hard to figure outwho to ask when you dont know something and not a lot of training.
