      spacious parking lot $25 soda friday breakfast in earlier times. occasional cookouts

      Inconvénients

      lack of training on all levels- including mid-level managers promoted from within with no management training high employee turnover loyalty is not a valued commodity, nor is it reciprocated .

      Avantages

      Wonderful people to work with as peers. If management decides they like you your life will be easier.

      Inconvénients

      Zero work/life balance, terrible upper management with questionable accounting practices, ancient software technology not used elsewhere, high turnover from burnout and random firings. People who went on FMLA got fired as soon as they came back.
