If you aim to expand your technical knowledge and gain experience in the tech industry, this isn’t the place for you. Resources to perform your job are limited, and the pay is low. Despite this demanding role, your salary will remain the same, and the responsibilities associated with your job are poorly defined. You will often be used as a scapegoat by the sales team, who push unresolved issues onto you, leaving you to deal with the fallout of complaints—all for less pay than they receive. The turnover rate in the department is high, leading to an influx of new coworkers every few months, who will start at the same pay as you but typically do only half of your workload. The roles within the company are not clearly defined.
