They really go out of their way to treat you well if you are a hard worker. Lots of company sponsored parties and activities to show they appreciate you. You get to know the owner very personally

Don't get me wrong, this company provides lots of great learning opportunities.... if you meet the right people.

Don't expect to get very far. If your can do your job like you've got 10 years experience, you won't last long.
Don't expect to be given the right tools or access to the right apps to do your job properly.
They won't give you any feedback on the kind of work you do.
Management treats you like a replaceable warm body. Don't expect them to want to get to know you.
