Avantages
*You can make your own schedule after the first couple years of building your book of business. *My therapist costs less than $30 per session with Sysco insurance, which is great. But I also need a therapist because I work here. *Getting hired will be fairly easy since everyone currently employed is trying to leave or have already left. This may be a good option for you if you're trying to break into sales and need the experience on your resume. They will hire virtually anyone.
Inconvénients
The company does not hide that they do not value you. Corporate loves to use confusing and uplifting corporate lingo to "soften the blow" of reducing benefits and cutting our salary by 10+%. The new bonus metric they rolled out is simple- bend our customers over and sell products at an extreme margin if we want to make our bonus and recoup the 10% salary cut. The base pay is now an unlivable wage in my region. Our stock has also plummeted.
