Market leader with steady and predictable revenue (and profit) stream. Ongoing investment in R&D with a technology focus. #1 in a variety of product areas.
Inconvénients
Management is conservative, lacks the risk taking character required to grow the company. Culture characterized by top-down super GM's with sub-units operating mostly autonomously. A lack of cooperation and collaboration across teams. Pay for Performance is not adhered to and is more about who you know and not what you achieve.
