      Avantages

      CEO is great and will have your back but watch out for the partial owner

      Inconvénients

      partial owner is a nightmare and a jerk. He cusses, looses his temper, throws things at employees, and doesn't like to invest in the business.

      There has been a change in management that has transformed the culture at Symbient - everyone gets along very well now. We were just treated to box seats at a Padres game and next, the company is paying for us all to go to a Chargers game. We have very competitive compensation and benefits, and get (company-paid) car washes and catered lunch once a month. Management has recently made significant investments in new equipment, expanding our capabilities and capacity. It's turned into a great place to work!

      Avantages

      The team is very symbiotic, ha ha. Actually, everyone gets along really well. Some of the nicer people I have worked with. I find the negative review odd since I don't know anyone here who seems capable of acting like that. Owner is generous with comp and benefits, and seems to really care that people are happy working here. Company is growing, seems like there's a high demand for services among customers.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes people microwave some funny smelling stuff for lunch.
