Avantages
401k isnt the worst, normally a yearly cost of living raise.
Inconvénients
Low safety standards. Saw many injury's a year and those who got injured on the job got screwed over and fired. Zero room for advancement. In my time here I never saw anyone promoted, even people who have been there 10,15+ years. Most of management is there from nepotism or because there was no one else to do there job and they fell into it, regardless of merit. Again safety, buildings do not even meet firecodes and OSHA would likey shut it down if they knew everything that went on. Large sections have no fire extinguishers
