* company is good for freshers. * Salary increments is up to 10~20% * company providing Cab facility (but in near by location only i.e about 4~5 km) *Canteen facility * providing dress & safety shoes for work
Inconvénients
* direct reporting to the MD * No hierarchy * No system * Job security is zero * No bonus * Leave system is worst * less salary * worst working environment
