If you see something that will benefit you in your career, they will help you achieve it. You will work on very advanced features and complex codebase, and you will get great exposure to different domains

      Inconvénients

      You might be swamped with tasks and need a lot of time management.

      Avantages

      very engaging, management is very transparent and supportive, working always on new innovations and ideas, very fair treatement and flexible

      Inconvénients

      sometimes it gets very intense, as VC backed company also there's a lot of focus on what investors want/ needs

      Avantages

      They choose people over workload, Subsbase one of the greatest companies I have ever worked for, I spent 2.5 years and with them, one of their pros, management and the hierarchy. As a developer I have the right my own opinions to share it with all the team and joining the features discoveries discussions. And joining sprint cycle meetings

      Inconvénients

      No cons for me except always asking for features feedback.
