      Avantages

      The core of Booz&co consists of incredibly talented people back from the days when the company was on-par with the top 3 MBB consulting firms. These legacy Booz consultants make very strong mentors and can teach you a lot of valuable skills that you will benefit from for the rest of your professional career

      Inconvénients

      The integration with pwc has progressed in a fairly unstructured manner, resulting in significant differences per region which creates significant differences in working culture, bureaucracy and the quality of the teams.

      Avantages

      You can get a good amount of beach time. If you have a lot going on in your life, that may be a good thing. If you are young and need to learn, don't let that happen. Being busy and grinding (within reason) is more worth it than things being too chill. Some projects that had travel had good culture.

      Inconvénients

      Layoffs all the time for wrong reasons, way too remote with no ability to get young and hungry people the experience in person they need. Always stressing about utilization.
