Avantages
You can get a good amount of beach time. If you have a lot going on in your life, that may be a good thing. If you are young and need to learn, don't let that happen. Being busy and grinding (within reason) is more worth it than things being too chill.
Some projects that had travel had good culture.
Inconvénients
Layoffs all the time for wrong reasons, way too remote with no ability to get young and hungry people the experience in person they need. Always stressing about utilization.
