Upper management and senior employee not wanting to do their jobs and have newer staff fill in for them. Also its an old boys club for sure. An upper manager was highly abusive verbally and decides who does what unseemly tasks, thus no one batted an eye when he had a highly unusual turnover rate, everyone including executive staff though it was hilarious, which is perplexing for new and younger staff.
No upward mobility. Passive aggression, and micro aggression. Turnover was high when I was there. Not particularly nurturing environment for POCs or younger women.
