Avantages
Since the new CEO and leadership team came on board late last year, the company has really hit its stride. The mission is inspiring, and there’s a clear, focused direction for where we’re headed. Leadership trusts employees to do their work without micromanaging, which makes a big difference—especially in a remote environment. Coworker morale is up, and there's a noticeable sense of momentum. There's also a lot of flexibility and understanding when life happens, which I really appreciate.
Inconvénients
At times, it can feel like the company is trying to take on too much at once, which can make prioritization a challenge. That said, leadership is aware of this and actively working to balance competing priorities. It’s clear they’re trying to find the right focus and support teams in the process.
