Avantages

When people have a poor mindset, they shouldn't sign up for leadership. That's a valuable lesson that I learned here.

Inconvénients

Employees are not humans to them. We were like robots. The arrogant, evil, and cruel leadership thinks that stress is cool and exhausted employees are the only ones worth having. It's horrible. No employee ever feels happy when they fear burnout and feel 0% job satisfaction.

The office was in a decent location and I did not have issues with the people I worked with regularly.

Simple questions often require being passed between multiple people over several days before getting a clear answer. . There is no shared visibility across teams, leading to repeated duplication of work. . Departments frequently work on overlapping tasks without awareness of each other's effort. . Critical information is often isolated with single individuals and not accessible to others who need it. . The system design actively prevents information from flowing, creating delays and inefficiency. . Even basic work becomes slow and frustrating due to constant information gaps.
