You'll be told for months and months that your job is safe, use you to train outsourced help from the Philippines and to implement AI, then layoff 1/3 of the US workforce the next day, claiming the company needs to cut costs. The hardest working group gets axed, but the ones who kiss butt to the bully leadership team, and call out every other day get to stay. You pour your all into this mess of a company just for them to not think twice about laying off their best employees.
