      Avantages

      Good and fair compensation. Payment of salaries and contractors are of utmost importance for CEO and he makes sure that this guideline in followed to the T.

      Inconvénients

      There is no professional sense of management. CEO is on top of every move, from top to bottom of company, does not delegate, shows total contempt and disdain for the work of employees. He believes he has the knowledge in every field and discipline, and does not accept others' work, criteria or recommendations if different to his views. Yells, insults and uses disrespectful words to humiliate employees. Emotionally draining for male and female employees alike and even for his own relatives and girlfriend who work for him. Not worth the money.

      Avantages

      I started working here 6 months ago and it has been a great place to grow and learn. Management expects you to perform well but does not micro manage. Hard work is expected and valued. Learning and working alongside industry veterans who can teach you a lot if you're willing to learn.

      Can't think of any besides my commute

      The location in Brickell is great

      The worst place to work . The owner Jose Luis Turnes will insult all the employees in a monthly assembly in which he will use as a platform to insult some employees. It's a very hostile job environment. Everyone worked in constant fear. He will yell through the stairs, elevator. The verbal abuse & harassment was daily. The chief of Staff, Lourdes Ponte is his #1 victim. She's been his mistress for over 15 yrs. He also bragged about all the money & luxury he indulged on a daily basis. He will insult all top management officials as well. I' m very surprised if he hasn't been hit with a job discrimination & sexual harassment law suit. He has family members working for him that his puppets. The best thing that happened to me was to be fired. I have the best job in the world. I work for a top rated co.
