      Avantages

      Standard Textile has been a great place to work! The company culture is the best part of STC - friendly, inviting and supportive employees, fun perks like food trucks and associate appreciation events and fairly transparent communication from MGMT to employees. Their emphasis on wellness is great! An onsite gym and cafeteria, group fitness classes and a dietician all encourage employee health.

      Inconvénients

      While there are always things to work on, Standard Textile has done a good job adapting to the times and continue to advances.

      Avantages

      Solid workplace culture, enjoyable experience. PTO grows significantly in first few years. Solid insurance options, up to $0 premium.

      Inconvénients

      Pay lags industry, raises seemingly only match inflation if received. Raises for promotions within department lack substantial increase.
