      Targets and business model are precarious. Still hopeful. Despite a passionate and supportive manager in EMEA, distance and changing landscape contributes to lack of cohesion and can isolate colleagues Worried about long term goal

      Avantages

      Unique Technology & Recently updated. Very good for specific applications and research. Respectable pay and benefits if you don't get RIF'd after your first few months on the job. Technology is as unique as a 3 dollar bill.

      Inconvénients

      Company reduces workforce about every year & is owned by private equity (i.e. - Very unstable/based only on quarterly profits & not individual contributions). High Turnover so DO NOT expect a long career here. Solutions are not valuable to a majority of institutions. The majority of the target market has abandoned the technology due to poor prior experiences and will not reconsider it.
