      Avantages

      De nombreuses opportunités pour les employés d'évoluer au sein de l'entreprise. J'ai eu beaucoup de chance de suivre une formation croisée sur différents domaines: achats, configuration de produit, ingénierie des processus, assurance qualité, ISO 13485, configuration de magasin. Entreprise de taille moyenne mettant l'accent sur la conciliation travail-vie personnelle.

      Inconvénients

      Certains lancements de nouveaux produits n'ont pas répondu aux attentes

      Avantages

      Unique Technology & Recently updated. Very good for specific applications and research. Respectable pay and benefits if you don't get RIF'd after your first few months on the job. Technology is as unique as a 3 dollar bill.

      Inconvénients

      Company reduces workforce about every year & is owned by private equity (i.e. - Very unstable/based only on quarterly profits & not individual contributions). High Turnover so DO NOT expect a long career here. Solutions are not valuable to a majority of institutions. The majority of the target market has abandoned the technology due to poor prior experiences and will not reconsider it.
