      Avantages

      At this time there are none. The company's management really didn't understand what was needed to grow and they are focused on being profitable. Since management doesn't know how to grow what they have the are cutting their way to profitability.

      Inconvénients

      Management does not understand the market or how to grow the company. They keep letting go every legacy person who understands the market and our customer and replacing them with people who are not experienced in the industry.

      Avantages

      Unique Technology & Recently updated. Very good for specific applications and research. Respectable pay and benefits if you don't get RIF'd after your first few months on the job. Technology is as unique as a 3 dollar bill.

      Inconvénients

      Company reduces workforce about every year & is owned by private equity (i.e. - Very unstable/based only on quarterly profits & not individual contributions). High Turnover so DO NOT expect a long career here. Solutions are not valuable to a majority of institutions. The majority of the target market has abandoned the technology due to poor prior experiences and will not reconsider it.
