      good training environment to learn skills fast and retain them builds good work ethic that can be applied at every other restaurant down the road

      Lots of coworkers that are willing to help you out. Willing to hire people without professional experience.

      Inconvénients

      No free food during break, only discounts. Less than average tips. Stressful management styles.
