Nothing. Don’t work here. Worst job ever.

Inconvénients

All this company cares about is numbers. Imagine working at a mental health company that burns you out while simultaneously making you feel unsafe to ask for time off because you’ll get “dinged” for taking some. Point system for absences/sick days. What is this? Kindergarten? Don’t believe the unlimited PTO. Never been more micromanaged in my life. Prepare to constantly be slacked by people pretending to care when really they want to know why your call took an extra 5min to wrap up. Many employees stay later just to hit their metrics for the day. Inbound call shifts leave you with little time for anything else unless you’re GLUED to your laptop without so much as a bathroom break. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Seems as though they hire a lot of young people straight out of college so they don’t really know any better. They are severely underpaying for the amount of output they’re asking for. If you currently work there, just know there are better places. You’re being robbed.

The company's products help people in meaningful ways

Inconvénients

Company is very poorly misled. There isn't a real vision or culture. In general, ways of working here are scattered and immature. We have a new SDLC every 10 months or so. Constant re-orgs and changes in leadership cause instability. Teams and ICs are re-allocated every 3–6 months. Priorities are constantly shifting. "Science will win" except when it comes to evaluating AI's place in our product. Sudden AI focus despite not having a real vision for how it aligns with our mission. Leaders who report directly to the CEO often cycle out every year or so. There seems to be very little awareness or ownership that leaders aren't set up for success. The company says it cares about employee "thriving" but promotes leaders with very poor scores. It seems to be more of a vanity metric/tool to fire people.
