Avantages

Everything we do is to make a difference in individual's lives and the lives of their families. It feels great to be breaking down barriers to mental health each and every day. The people who work here are passionate and driven. The internal programs and resources are robust including 12 free therapy and coaching sessions, group therapy type of sessions, $500 annual wellness benefit, formal mentorship programs, etc. They pay fairly and give feedback consistently. The other older posts you'll find on Glassdoor about leadership and April specifically are FALSE. Please talk to those of us who currently work here before you worry about those.

Inconvénients

Given that this is a start up, it is fast-paced and the internal systems are constantly being worked on to be better integrated. You have to learn quick and develop your own way of keeping track of work flow. Hard to truly count this as a con tho!

Avantages

The company's products help people in meaningful ways

Inconvénients

Company is very poorly misled. There isn't a real vision or culture. In general, ways of working here are scattered and immature. We have a new SDLC every 10 months or so. Constant re-orgs and changes in leadership cause instability. Teams and ICs are re-allocated every 3–6 months. Priorities are constantly shifting. "Science will win" except when it comes to evaluating AI's place in our product. Sudden AI focus despite not having a real vision for how it aligns with our mission. Leaders who report directly to the CEO often cycle out every year or so. There seems to be very little awareness or ownership that leaders aren't set up for success. The company says it cares about employee "thriving" but promotes leaders with very poor scores. It seems to be more of a vanity metric/tool to fire people.
