Avantages
What I got out of this summer was far from what I expected. I have a laundry list of experiences that I can now go back to school with. Because it is a small agency, I was able to get my hands on each department and understand every project. Everyone was so welcoming and happy to answer any question big or small. Team members were always willing to do whatever it took to succeed on a project in order to be proud of the work. The client relationships were personalized and genuine. Because my commute was long, management was flexible with my schedule. It was a great work/life balance with summer Fridays as well. Their clients are evolving and their services are expanding to bring new and exciting opportunities.
Inconvénients
Change has been happening and will continue to. In any agency, the people and services must adapt with the industry. Spring is still uncovering their voice, and once they finalize it they'll be loud and impactful.
