      - hoher Reportingaufwand - Mikromanagement über SFDC und Manager - Targets unmöglich erreichbar - keine Zeit, um Kunden strategisch zu entwickeln - Management hängt am Faden der amerikanischen Mutter und kann kaum Entscheidungen treffen - hohe Fluktuation und Unzufriedenheit der Mitarbeiter - Hire and Fire im Sales

      Avantages

      Great compensation and time off. No micromanagement. Great product that's known for its strength and solid brand

      Inconvénients

      Lack of definitive direction with Cisco and old and outdated game plan. Competitors have caught up and sometimes surpassed Splunk leaving Splunkers looking for a new strategy; very small territories, incompetent hires in some management roles
