      Avantages

      A paycheck is the only real 'pro' since they are letting people go and moving 90% of the positions to Alabama.

      Inconvénients

      Steris Corp., the parent company, is not interested in the growth or life/work balance of their employees. Really nothing to keep a productive employee interested or happy aside from a bi-weekly pay check.

      Avantages

      Professional environment with excellent like minded coworkers. All striving to accomplish the same goal which is to follow the company mantra. They believe in giving the employees an excellent benefits package and are consistently working hard to ensure employee longevity.

      Inconvénients

      you'll need to be comfortable with travel as with any national sales/service company.
